Our Company
Enright Properties works closely with Duckworth Contracting to find residential buildings in the Historic and Victorian districts of Savannah to purchase and renovate for today’s lifestyles. We recognize the value of historical designs while also embracing modern tastes and preferences. Each of our unique properties offer completely updated amenities while maintaining distinct architectural style. We’ve eliminated the headaches often associated with downtown properties and added modern touches and updated finishes. In addition, many of our properties also feature off street parking.
Our Team
Duckworth Contracting has been working with the City of Savannah, Chatham County-Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission and the Historic Preservation division, the Zoning Board of Appeals, and other jurisdictional entities for 36 years and can offer renovations ranging from additions to complete rehabilitation efficiently and cost effectively.
Joe Duckworth has been involved on projects that won: the Historic Preservation Award form Historic Savannah Foundation and the National Preservation Honor Award from the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
In addition to downtown renovation and urban renewal, Duckworth Contracting also focuses on new construction on a per job basis.
